Only one club from Nigeria is good enough to make the International Federation of Football History and Statistics’ top 20 football clubs in Africa.
Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria have three representatives each.
South Africa and Tunisia have two representatives each.
Reigning Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Rivers United are the only team on the list.
Ranked 184th in the world, they are the 18th best team in Africa.
