Osimhen and Lookman Praise Striker Who Left Nigeria’s Super Eagles For England
Nigeria’s top football players, Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, recently praised former teammate Tammy Abraham for his great performance in the UEFA Champions League.
Abraham, who now plays for AC Milan, helped his team win 3-2 against Slovan Bratislava by scoring the winning goal and assisting the first one. After the match, he shared a post on social media saying “3 points,” which caught the attention of Osimhen and Lookman.
Osimhen simply commented “Tammy,” while Lookman added a fire emoji to show his admiration. This friendly exchange between the two players showed their strong bond, even though Abraham chose to play for England instead of Nigeria. Many fans still wonder how things might have been if he had played for the Super Eagles.
Abraham’s goal against Bratislava was his first in the Champions League this season. Despite Abraham’s decision to represent England, both Osimhen and Lookman continue to perform well for their clubs, Napoli and Atalanta, respectively.
