Osimhen scores 5th goal of the season in comfortable Napoli win over Leece

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, came off the bench to score in Napoli’s 0-4 Italian Serie A win at Leece. SportsRation reports.

Amidst ongoing controversy between Osimhen and Napoli, Coach Rudi Garcia named the forward on the bench for Saturday’s visit to Leece.

Osintagard fired  Napoli ahead in the 16th minute, the only goal of a keenly contested first half.

Rudi Garcia introduced Victor Osimhen at halftime, and the Nigerian International doubled his sides lead with a well-taken goal in the 51st minute.

Gaetano added a third goal in the 88th minute before Politano added gloss to the scoreline with a 4th goal from the spot.

It finished Leece 0-4 Napoli,  a second consecutive win for the reigning Italian Serie A winners.
