Osimhen set to sign five-year contract with Napoli after agreeing personal terms
Victor Osimhen would be Napoli player this week after agreeing personal terms with the Coppa Italia champions.
Just as we reported earlier that the 21-year-old is willing to commit to Napoli after sacking his in-law Osita Okolo who reportedly was delaying the move because of his personal gains.
Reports in Italy says Okolo wouldn’t sanction the deal taking his brother-in-law to Napoli because he wanted some bonuses the Italian club weren’t willing to pay.
But according to Fabrizio Romano the deal is done with Osimhen under a new management willing to sign the papers to become Napoli player.
Medicals will take place on Thursday then he should be announced on Friday.
‘Victor Osimhen is now one step away from joining Napoli,’ says Fabrizio Romano.
‘Personal terms agreed – he’s ready to sign until June 2025
‘Napoli are now working to complete last details with Lille and his agents then the deal will be finally completed.’
