Payton Pritchard Leads Celtics to 134-99 Win Over Bulls

Payton Pritchard caught fire in the third quarter as the Boston Celtics cruised to a 134-99 win over the Chicago Bulls on Monday night.
The Celtics guard finished with 28 points, four assists and two steals, but it was his scoring burst after halftime that put the game beyond Chicago’s reach.
Pritchard scored 19 points in the third quarter, shooting seven of eight from the field and making all five of his three-point attempts. Chicago had little answer as Boston turned a competitive game into a one-sided affair.
The celtics continued to find their rhythm offensively, while the Bulls struggled to keep pace as the gap widened.
Boston’s 35-point victory was built on an impressive second-half display, with Pritchard providing the spark that made the difference.
For Chicago, the defeat was a difficult one to take, particularly after failing to contain Boston’s scoring during the third quarter.
Pritchard’s performance will be a welcome boost for the Celtics as they look to build momentum early in the season.
