Olivier Giroud came to AC Milan rescue as 10-man Rossoneri secured a 1-0 win against Genoa at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in a Serie A game on Saturday.
Samuel Chukwueze was given his second Serie A start of the season but was bundled out at the start of the second half for Christian Pulisic.
The American who is enjoying life in Italy scored a great goal late in the second half to break Genoa solid defense.
There were still room for drama, as AC Milan were reduced to 10-man after goalkeeper Mike Maignan was sent off for a professional foul.
With Milan exhausted their substitute, striker Olivier Giroud mount the goal post and did great to help his side secure a hard fought victory.
Genoa would have got the much needed equalizer but Olivier Giroud produced a great save to deny the host.
