Red-hot James Adeniyi named in player of the week again in Azerbaijan

Nigerian striker James Adeniyi has been named the player of the week for the second time in Azerbaijan.

The 26-year-old striker who scored two goals as Gabala pipped Sabail in their Azerbaijan Premier League game played on Sunday at the Gabala City Stadium got into the team of the week for his outstanding display in the week in review.

With his inclusion in the player of the week this week, James Adeniyi has now made the best 11 in Azerbaijan top league for the 6th time.

James Adeniyi is the second highest goal scorer in the Azerbaijan league with 8 goals, Neftci Baku’s Dabo top the chart with 9 goals.
