Retired FIFA Referee Anietie Ferdinand Udoh Appointed Acting General Manager of Dakkada FC

Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Dakkada FC, have appointed retired FIFA referee Anietie Ferdinand Udoh as its Acting General Manager ahead of the 2025/2026 football season.
The club confirmed the appointment in an official statement released on Friday, 10 October 2025.
“We are pleased to announce Anietie Ferdinand Udoh as our Acting General Manager ahead of the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League season,” the statement read.
A multiple-time winner of the Nigeria Referee of the Year award, Udoh enjoyed a distinguished career in international refereeing before retiring from active officiating. His transition into football administration marks a new chapter in his career and a new phase for the Uyo-based club.
According to Dakkada FC, Udoh will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club and working closely with stakeholders to reposition Dakkada as a competitive force in Nigerian football.
“Transitioning from a distinguished career in international football refereeing to club administration, Udoh is set to steer Dakkada International FC into a new era of transformation and growth,” the club added.
Dakkada FC, formerly known as Akwa Starlets, will compete in the upcoming NNL season with renewed optimism under Udoh’s leadership as the club seeks to regain its top-flight status.
