Roma 4-2 Sassuolo: Mkhitaryan scores on debut for new side

Henrikh Mkhitaryan opened his goal scoring account for Roma as his new side saw off Sassuolo in emphatic style at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.

The 30-year-old was making his first start for Roma since sealing a loan move away from Arsenal in the summer transfer window and was teed up by Lorenzo Pellgirini to fire away beyond Consigli at his near post.

Strikes from Bryan Cristante, Edin Dzeko and Justin Kluivert gave Roma a four goal first half lead before a Domenico Berardi double spurred Sassuolo on for a late fight back.
