Ronaldo to link up with Osimhen as Portuguese Super Star asks to leave Man Utd
Cristiano Ronaldo and Victor Osimhen could become teammates after the Portuguese super star asked to leave Manchester United.
Ronaldo, 37, was Manchester United top scorer last season as the the Reds finished 6th and out of a Champions League places.
The former Real Madrid super star who has five Champions League titles to his name as reportedly asked to leave for a club which will play in the competition.
Cristiano Ronaldo asked to be allowed to leave Manchester United should the Premier League club receive a satisfactory offer in the transfer window, according to The Times.
The Athletic UK also said Cristiano Ronaldo wants play in the Champions League and fight for top honours and doesn’t feel Manchester United can give him those desires.
While Manchester United have rejected the news saying Cristiano Ronaldo is not for sale and remains under contract with them for another year.
Victor Osimhen’s Napoli, German giants Bayern Munich and current world champions, Chelsea are said to be interested in the former Juventus super star.
A move to Napoli will see Victor Osimhen and Cristiano Ronaldo playing together at the same club.
