Rwanda begin preparaton for Super Eagles clash
The Amavubi of Rwanda have started preparations for their important 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Adel Amrouche’s team held their first training session in Kigali on Sunday, March 15, 2025.
The session was led by head coach Amrouche, along with his assistants.
The Algerian coach earlier released a 28-man provisional squad for the match against Nigeria, as well as their matchday six game against the Crocodiles of Lesotho on Saturday.
Rwanda will host the Super Eagles at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday, March 21, 2025.
They will also face Lesotho at the same venue four days later.
Rwanda currently lead Group C with seven points from four matches.
