Samuel Eto’o hospitalized with minor head injury after car accident in Cameroon

Samuel Eto’o has been taken to the hospital where he is recovering from a minor head injury after his car was hit by a public bus in Cameroon.

The former Barcelona striker was said to be going back to his home from a family wedding ceremony when his car was reportedly his by a public bus on the Nkongsamba-Douala Road on Sunday morning, November 8.

Samuel Eto’o was said to have suffered a head injury and was immediately taken to hospital for treatment.

Cameroonian journalist Martin Camus tweeted a picture of Eto’o’s damaged vehicle alongside the caption: “The crushed car Samuel Eto’o was in.

“I can confirm that he is fine, we spoke again. Doctors taking care of additional examinations.”

France Football also confirmed that Eto’o will undergo further examinations at the hospital where he’s currently hospitalized.
