Siakam hits first career triple double as Raptors fall to Blazers: NBA Round-up
On Monday, Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam scored his first ever triple double as his team lost 112-111 to Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA’s Eastern Conference. Siakam scored 22 points with 13 rebounds and 10 assists. CJ McCollum had other ideas however, as he scored 30 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to help the Trail Blazers achieve victory.
Trae Young was impressive as he helped his Atlanta Hawks side to a 112-94 win over Joel Embiid and his Philadelphia 76ers side. Young scored 26 points with 3 rebounds and 8 assists.
Bradley Beal continued with his fine form this season for the Washington Wizards as he helped then win 128-107 against the Phoenix Suns, chipping in with 34 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists.
Memphis Grizzlies defeated Cleveland Cavaliers 101-91 with Dillon Brooks instrumental for the Grizzlies. The Canadian scored 21 points with 7 rebounds and 3 assists.
Gordon Hayward scored 34 points with 3 rebounds and 3 assists to help the Charlotte Hornets to a 109-88 win over New York Knicks. 19 year old LaMelo Ball led the team in assists and rebounds for a third consecutive game, continuing his meteoric rise.
Sacramento Kings defeated Indiana Pacers 127-122 thanks to Harrison Barnes scoring 30 points with 8 rebounds and 2 assists.
Milwaukee Bucks had Giannis Antetokounmpo to thank for their 121-99 win over Orlando Magic. He scored 22 points with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. D’Tigers player Jordan Nwora still has found it difficult to break into the Bucks team, only appearing on the court for 2 minutes during the game.
