Spanish Super Cup: Atletico beat Barcelona to set up Madrid derby final
Atletico Madrid have beaten Barcelona in Saudi Arabia to set up a final clash against Real Madrid.
A late Angel Correa goal completed Atletico Madrid comeback and a place in the Spanish Super Cup final where their city Rival, Real Madrid is waiting.
After a goalless first half, Koke put Atletico in front but Lionel Messi restored parity. The Argentine missed the chance to give his side the lead when he missed from 12 yards.
Antoine Griezmann eventually put Barcelona in front. Could have been 3-1 in favour of Barcelona but Gerrard Pique also missed a penalty.
Alvaro Morata converted a penalty for Atletico to draw level before Angel Correa scored the winner.
Atletico Madrid will now play Real Madrid in the Sunday final at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
