Stephen Curry Makes History with 52-Point Explosion Against Grizzlies

Stephen Curry delivered another legendary performance, dropping 52 points to lead the Golden State Warriors to a 134-125 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. The Warriors’ superstar was unstoppable, hitting 12-of-20 from three-point range while also contributing 10 rebounds, 8 assists, and 5 steals in a complete all-around effort.

Curry’s performance etched his name into the record books once again:

  • Most 50+ point games shooting 50%+ from the field and 60%+ from three – With his eighth such game, Curry surpassed Michael Jordan for the most in NBA history.

  • Rare statistical feat – He became only the third player ever to record at least 50 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals in a single game, joining Rick Barry and Anthony Davis.

  • Climbing the all-time scoring charts – Curry notched his 15th career 50-point game, tying Damian Lillard for sixth-most in NBA history and moving past LeBron James (14) on the all-time list.

Beyond the historic numbers, the win had major playoff implications for the Warriors. Sitting on the edge of the playoff race, Golden State improved to 44-31, jumping to fifth in the Western Conference with just seven games remaining.

As Curry continues to defy age and push the boundaries of greatness, the Warriors are gaining momentum at the perfect time. With performances like this, Golden State’s title aspirations remain very much alive.
