Super Eagles Head Coach Jose Paseiro joins Nigeria Football Coaches Association
Nigeria Super Eagles Head Coach Jose Paseiro has become a registered member of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association – NFCA.
The Portuguese gaffer was appointed Super Eagles handler in 2022 and part of the terms on his contract with the Nigeria Football Federation – NFF will see him stay in Nigeria.
In a bid to build a harmonious relationship with coaches in Nigeria, Paseiro has secured membership of the coaches association in Nigeria.
President of the Coaches Association and Head Coach of the Nigeria U-20 Eagles team Ladan Bosso presented Mr. Paseiro with his membership certificate.
As first reported by BraceRadio, Paseiro also received a membership Identity card with number NFCA/NEC/014 issued on February 8, 2023 with Febuary 8, 2025 as it’s expiry date.
Paseiro (62), has previously worked at top football clubs like Sporting CP – which he took to the 2005 UEFA Cup Final, FC Porto and fifteen others.
On the International scene, Paseiro has handled the national teams of Saudi Arabia (2009–2011) and Venezuela (2020-2021).
The Portuguese Manager is currently in Abuja. He has been pictured severally alongside NFF Technical Director Austin Eguaveon attending to Flying Eagles and Golden Eaglets engagements as they prepare for upcoming CAF Competitions.
