Super Eagles Ready For Guinea Bissau Clash – Lookman
Super Eagles star, Ademola Lookman has revealed that he and his teammates are ready to go all out for a win against Guinea Bissau on Friday.
The first leg of the clash holds at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Friday, while the second leg takes place in Guinea on Monday.
Lookman, who switched his international allegiance to represent Nigeria in 2022 is currently in the Super Eagles camp preparing for the encounter.
“I want to feel the AFCON. I want to win it but we have to do the battle ahead of us first by ensuring that Guinea Bissau does not prove a stumbling block,”.
“We are fit and will be ready for the match on Friday. I want to qualify and play my first AFCON and really looking forward to it,” Lookman stated.
Lookman has scored once in six matches for the Super Eagles since making his debut against Ghana in 2022.
The 25-year-old has scored 12 goals in 26 Serie A appearances for Atalanta this season.
