Ten Hag Ready To End Manchester United Trophy Drought

Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag has promised to end Manchester United’s trophy drought in the 2022-23 season.

The Red Devils have failed to win the Premier League title since 2013 under Sir Alex Ferguson.

The last time the team celebrated a trophy was in 2017, when Jose Mourinho led them to the Europa League trophy.

“It’s the best feeling you can have, winning a trophy,”

“I had the luck in my career to win some trophies and it’s magnificent, especially for the fans. It’s so great and I think the fans here have some experience, especially the older ones.

“But now it is a period Manchester United didn’t win trophies and it is too long ago. We are aware of that fact and we have to do everything to bring a trophy in.” Ten Hag told Sky Sports.

Manchester United have a chance to end the drought when they take on Nottingham Forest in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi final on Wednesday.

Ten Hag won numerous trophies as a coach especially during his time at Ajax.
