Tension in Jos as troubled Plateau United FC hand three match ultimatum to coaches
Plateau United’s management has given its Technical Adviser, Mbwas Mangut, and his coaching team a three-match ultimatum.
The club’s Director of Media Operations, Yaksat Maklek, announced this in a statement.
According to the statement, the decision was made after a high-level meeting on Monday, February 3, in Jos. The meeting, led by the club’s General Manager, Habila Hosea Mutla, was held to address the team’s poor results.
Mutla said the ultimatum is meant to push the team to improve and meet the expectations of the fans. He added that the decision came after a careful review of the issues affecting the team’s performance.
Plateau United will face Niger Tornadoes, El-Kanemi Warriors, and Ikorodu City in their next three NPFL matches.
