The most successful one – Motsepe confirms 2022 AFCON will hold

The CAF President Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that the 2022 AFCON will hold as scheduled.

Just as sportsration.com reported that the CAF Executive Committee voted in a meeting on Sunday for the event to hold.

And awaiting the presidents confirmation, guess the wait can be considered over.

Motsepe during his inspection to the newly built stadium for the event confirmed to journalists that nothing will stop the event.

He made it crystal clear that Africa and the entire universe should be ready to witness the best AFCON ever.

“My message is clear we will all meet in a few weeks time in Cameroon.

“As you can see they have done a good job and put in place things that will ensure smooth hosting.

“My message to Africa and the World is that we are going to host in partnership with Cameroon government the 2022 African Cup of nation.

“We are ready to show the world the best of African football and the best hospitality – we are Africans and we are caring people.

“It is going to be a successful AFCON, the most successful one.”

The 2022 AFCON is scheduled for January 9th to February 6th in Cameroon.
