Odion Ighalo scored the only goal to help Nigeria secure a 1-0 win against Tunisia in the AFCON third place match on Wednesday.

Shanghai Shenshua striker who is chasing the 2019 AFCON top scorer award scored the only goal of the game in the early minutes of the game to put Gernot Rohr side ahead.

The goal was all that separated both teams at the end of the normal time as the Super Eagles of Nigeria claimed their 8th AFCON third place medal.
