U.S President Donald Trump Spotted Playing Golf
President of the United States of America, Donald Trump was recently seen playing golf at his Doral golf club in Miami, despite previously telling reporters aboard Air Force One that he would be too busy to play, according to HuffPost.
This outing adds to his growing number of golf rounds, which reportedly reached at least 289 during his first term. The trips have cost taxpayers around $150 million in travel and security expenses.
While on the golf course, Trump is said to have met with House Republicans to discuss plans for expanding the deportation of repeat violent offenders and increasing tariff warnings against other countries.
Despite his claims of having a packed schedule, several images of him enjoying golf have circulated online, sparking mixed reactions. Critics questioned why he was taking time off for golf so soon after starting his second term, while his supporters argued that he often conducts important business on the course.
Trump’s golf scores have also drawn attention. Investor Kevin O’Leary recently claimed that the 78-year-old shot an impressive 68 during a previous game, a score many found difficult to believe.
