Ukeme, Akinyoola complete overseas transfers from Nigerian leagues

21 year old Akwa United FC midfielder, Williams Ukeme has completed a transfer to PFC M’ashal Mubarek in the Coca Cola Uzbekistan Super League. He featured for Akwa United this season in the NPFL, starting the Matchday One derby against Dakkada FC. In his farewell message to the club, he said it was a privilege to don the shirt and he expressed his gratitude to the club.

36 Lions FC winger, Samson Akinyoola and his club teammate, Ade Oguns have both secured transfers from the Lagos based club to Caracas FC in Venezuela. 20 year old Akinyoola is Beninoise, as Oguns is Nigerian. Both players are excited to be joining a club that competes in the Copa Libertadores, and would be looking to make an impact during their time in the Venezuelan club. They follow the footsteps of ex-teammate, Sunusi Ibrahim who secured a transfer from the 36 Lions as well.
