Uyo Township Stadium Commissioned – SEE PHOTOS

The Uyo Township Stadium in Akwa Ibom State was on Wednesday May 24, 2023 commissioned by Governor Udom Emmanuel.

The facility has in its premises, an Olympic swimming pool, Astro playing turf and indoor sports halls is now open for years after being shutdown for reconstruction.

This brings to three standard sporting facilities in Akwa Ibom State. The Godswill Akpabio International Stadium , Eket Stadium are the other two facilities commissioned in 2013 and 2022 respectively.
