Victor Osimhen was on target again as 10-man KV Oostende forced Sporting Charleroi to a 2-2 draw at the Versluys Arena in a Belgian UEFA Europa League playoffs game played on Saturday.

There was no goal in the game until the last 28th minutes of the clash when the home team took the lead from the spot in the 72nd minute through Fashion Sakala.

Victor Osimhen who had scored in his previous two games popped up to make it three in his last three games with his 68th minute strike. He was also booked for his celebration.

Gabriele Angella put the visitors in front in the 80th minute but Robbie D’Haese got Oostende the equalizer in the additional time to snatch a point for the hosts.

Oostende were however, reduced to 10-man when Kevin Vandendriessche received his marching orders for second bookable offence. He received two yellow cards in the space of four minutes.

Victor Osimhen now has 15 league goals, 12 from the regular season and three during the playoffs.

His 2nd placed Charleroi continue to fight for the chance to reach the second round of the Europa League playoffs ahead of first placed Sint Truiden.
