In-form Napoli forward Victor Osimhen has revealed he dreams of playing in the English Premier League one day.
The most followed league in the world, majority of footballers will never pass on an opportunity to play in the English Premier League and Osimhen is not an exception.
“I’m working so hard to make sure that I achieve my dream of playing in the Premier League one day, ” the current Italian Serie A top-scorer said.
“It’s a process and I just want to keep on this momentum, Serie A is in one of top five leagues in the world and it’s an amazing feeling for me”.
That dream could come true this summer with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all mentioned with interest in his services following a stellar season at Serie A champions-elect Napoli.
Victor Osimhen has scored 19-goals in the Italian Serie A to lead the goal-scorers chart and contribute significantly to Napoli’s push for the Scudetto.
Manchester United according to multiple reports have been monitoring the Nigeria International’s progress since 2022 and will make a move for the forward this summer.
Osimhen’s latest comments will spark concrete transfer moves from the English Premier League clubs this summer. Of-course Napoli will hold up for a huge fee to part ways with their prized forward.
Only a €100+ fee will tempt Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis into negotiations. That shouldn’t be a problem for the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.
