Victor Osimhen scores as Napoli and Roma share spoils in Serie A
Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen, netted his 16th goal of the season to help Napoli secure a hard-fought draw against AS Roma in a Serie A showdown.
The match took place in Naples on Sunday, April 28, and saw Victor Osimhen play a key role in Napoli’s search for points .
That was his 22nd appearance for the club this season, Osimhen found the back of the net when he scored Napoli’s second goal in the thrilling 2-2 draw.

AS Roma took the lead with a goal from Paulo Dybala in the 59th minute but Napoli responded swiftly, with Olivera leveling the scoreline just five minutes later.
Osimhen then stepped up to the plate, converting from the penalty spot in the 84th minute to give Napoli a 2-1 lead.
However, Roma managed to salvage a point in the dying moments of the game, as Tammy Abraham found the equalizer in the 89th minute.
The draw sees Napoli maintain their position in 8th place on the Serie A table, accumulating 52 points, while AS Roma remain in 5th place with 58 points.
