Victor Osimhen’s looping header wins UCL goal of the week
None of Haaland's five goals make top 4
Victor Osimhen’s looping header against Frankfurt has been voted the best goal of the Champions League round of 16 second-leg tie.
The Super Eagles striker scored two of three goals as Napoli defeated Frankfurt 3-0 at the Diego Maradona Stadium on Wednesday for an aggregate 5-0 win to book a place in the last eight.
Osimhen the header in the first half to complete a double over the German club – after scoring in the first leg in Germany, and also in the second leg in Italy – he became the first Napoli player to score over two legs in Champions League knockout stages.
He got his second in the second half and could have completed his hat-trick but Piotr Zielinski asked to take the penalty he would have scored for his third goal.
