Warri-born Jolomi Atune makes Wolves return
Warri-born Coach Atune Jolomi has been unveiled as Warri Wolves FC’s new head coach, SportsRation reports.
Jolomi last worked as Assistant Coach at Akwa United in the 2021/2022 NPFL season and was part of the Technical crew that master minded the Promise Keepers 2020/2021 NPFL title winning campaign.
Coach Jolomi returns to a familiar territory having previously worked as Assistant Coach at the seasiders under the Late Solomon Ogbeide.
Like the clubs new management board, Coach Jolomi Atune is charged with a mandate of guiding Nigerian National League campaigners Warri Wolves to promotion.
A familiar task as he was a part of the Ogbeide led technical crew that secured top flight status for the club during his first stint at the club.
Vastly experienced and back in a familiar territory, Coach Jolomi Atune who is on the Golden Eaglets technical crew was unveiled in Warri today, October 15, 2022 .
Warri Wolves narrowly missed out on promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League last term, finishing 2nd behind Bayelsa United FC who will play in the NPFL this season.
