Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is proud that Nigeria will be going to the World Cup and even prouder that one of his players Alex Iwobi scored the goal that ensured Super Eagles qualification for Russia 2018.

The 67-year-old French tactician popularly called “Baba Ijebu or The Professor” in Nigeria who is the reason most Nigerian Gunners support the London club in a video released by Arsenal media congratulated the “very very very many many many many many” Arsenal supporters in Nigeria before tipping the Super Eagles to have a good outing in Russia.

“Good morning, congratulations to all our fans in Nigeria. I know that you are very very very many many many many many and we are very proud that you qualified.

“On top of that, of course, our player scored the goal for you and that make us even prouder, well done and see you in World cup and I am very sure you will have a great trip there.”
