West Ham add two Strikers as fight Continues
West Ham have moved quickly in the transfer market as they try to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
The club has agreed a deal to sign Taty Castellanos from Lazio for around €29 million. The Argentine striker is expected to join on a long-term contract. Castellanos is already familiar with English football after playing in Europe for some time and is seen as someone who can contribute right away.
West Ham have also reached an agreement to sign Pablo Henrique, a 21-year-old Brazilian striker, from Gil Vicente for a fee believed to be between €23 and €24 million. Henrique has been in good form this season, scoring nine goals in 13 league matches, which caught the club’s attention.
West Ham team has struggled for goals this season. This has played a big part in why they are stuck near the bottom of the table. Bringing in new strikers will help the team in the months ahead.
The club is also close to a short-term loan move for Adama Traoré from Fulham as they try to improve their chances of staying in the Premier League.
