Westbrook joins Robertson in an exclusive list as Wizards lose again
Washington Wizards point guard Russell Westbrook has recorded another triple-double to join Oscar Robertson in an exclusive list.
The former Houston Rockets guard posted a triple double in Washington Wizards 133-130 loss to Chicago Bulls on Friday.
Westbrook had 22 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists to record his fourth triple-double of the season.
In fact, Westbrook now has triple-double all four games he has played for The Washington Wizards making him just the second person ever to achieve such feat.
He joined Oscar Robertson as the only players in NBA history to open a season with 4 triple-doubles in their first 4 games.
While Russell Westbrook keeps getting the triple-doubles, his team Washington Wizards keep getting the ‘Ls’, they are winless in their first five games of the season.
But Westbrook who has only featured in four of the five games has triple-double in all.
He posted 21 points, 15 assists and 11 rebounds in Wizards 113-107 loss to Sixers.
