Westbrook scores 42, Cavs beat Bucks again
Russell Westbrook led the way for the Oklahoma City Thunder, while reigning champions the Cleveland Cavaliers trumped the Milwaukee Bucks for a second time in two days.
Westbrook posted 42 points and 10 rebounds as the Thunder overcame the New Orleans Pelicans 121-110 on Wednesday.
The Cavs beat the Bucks again, this time running out 113-102 winners in Cleveland.
James Harden starred with a double-double as the in-form Houston Rockets saw off the Phoenix Suns 125-111.
WESTBROOK PROPELS THUNDER
Another game and another double-double for Westbrook.
Westbrook was just three assists shy of recording his 14th triple-double of the season.
Enes Kanter finished with 14 points and as many rebounds for the Thunder.
Pelicans star Anthony Davis put up 34 points and 15 rebounds in New Orleans.
IRVING INSPIRES CAVS
Missing starters Kevin Love and J.R. Smith, Kyrie Irving had 31 points and a career-high 13 assists for the Cavs on home court.
LeBron James contributed 29 points as the Cavs won for the eighth time in nine games.
The Bucks were led by Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 28 points.
HARDEN, ROCKETS SOAR
The Rockets are hot right now and it is thanks to Harden.
Harden registered 27 points and 14 assists to lead the Rockets to their 11th victory in 12 games.
The slumping Suns, who have lost four games in succession, were led by Devin Booker’s 28 points.

GASOL SCORES 38, WIZARDS UPSTAGE BULLS
It was a career-high night for Marc Gasol as the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Detroit Pistons 98-86 and the Washington Wizards got the better of the Chicago Bulls 107-97.
The Minnesota Timberwolves accounted for the Atlanta Hawks 92-84, the Utah Jazz lost 94-93 to the Sacramento Kings, while the Dallas Mavericks edged the Portland Trail Blazers 96-95.
WARRIORS ON THE ROAD
The Golden State Warriors travel to Brooklyn to face the Nets on Thursday. The San Antonio Spurs take on the Los Angeles Clippers.
