When and where will Tobi Amusan begin her 2025 season

World record holder in the Women’s 100m hurdles, Tobi Amusan, will begin her 2025 season at the Queen’s/Grace Jackson Meet in Kingston, Jamaica, on Saturday.

Amusan will race in the 60m event at the meet.

She will compete against Jamaican athlete Grace Jackson, and this will be the first time they race in the same event.

This will be Amusan’s first official race since the 2024 Paris Olympics, and it will be the same for Jackson, who pulled out of the Games last year.

However, it’s important to note that the meet is not recognised by World Athletics, so it won’t count for qualification for the 2025 World Championships, which will take place in Tokyo, Japan, from September 13 to 21.
