A commanding 5-0 victory over Osun Babes secured Rivers Angels a spot in the semi-finals of the 2024 President Federation Cup.
Ogbonda praised his team for their exceptional performance, emphasising that they gave their best despite the agony of narrowly missing out on the league title. He dismissed any notion that Osun Babes were weaker opposition, highlighting their hard work in reaching the quarter-finals.
H said “My girls did their best to ensure we qualify for the semi-finals. We narrowly lost the league title, but they did well today.
