Zinedine Zidane enters record book after just 18 months in charge as Real Madrid manager

Zinedine Zidane has won his 4th trophy for Real Madrid in 18 months.

The former Madrid player added the La Liga title to the already won titles which include the UEFA Champions League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup.

Having led Real Madrid to their 33rd La Liga title, Zinedine Zidane is the 7th manager in Real Madrid’s history to win 4+ titles with the club, and the quickest one to ever do so.

Zinedine Zidane is also the first French manager in 47 years to win La Liga title, and just the second in history.

Having led Real Madrid to their first title since 2011/12, he could also lead them to their first ever back to back Champions League titles.
