2022 FA Cup begins in Akwa Ibom today.

The 2022 edition of the Federation cup (Aiteo cup) will begin in Akwa Ibom State today Tuesday, 31st May, 2022.
According to the Secretary of Akwa Ibom State Football Association (AKSFA), Elder Joseph Eberefe, all matches will take place at the training pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International stadium.
In a compiled fixtures made available to the press, Sir Monty FC will battle Ibom Icon Hotels FC by 2:00pm, while Scorpions FC will square up against Ona-Pal FC by 4:00pm at same venue.
Other fixtures of the competition will continue on Wednesday, 1st June, 2022 as Immortality FC will play USDEC Academy by 2:00pm, FC One Rocket versus Ikot Ekpene United FC by 4:00pm.
ALGON Boys FC and Ibom Youth FC will play each other on Thursday 2nd June, 2022 by 4:00pm. Akwa United FC and Dakkada FC are seeded teams and will join the competition at the semi finals stage.
