Grizzlies level series against Timberwolves, Heat defeat Hawks

The New Orleans Pelicans claimed an impressive 125-114 win over the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 of their 2022 NBA Playoffs first round to tie the series at 1-1.

The Suns were in the lead after the first half, with Devin Booker scoring 31 points for them before he picked up an injury. Booker’s absence in the second half saw the Pelicans seize their chance brilliantly. Brandon Ingram led the scoring with 37 points, and CJ McCollum contributed 23 points.

Miami Heat made it two wins from two with a 115-105 win over the Atlanta Hawks in Game 2 of their 2022 NBA Playoffs first round to open up a 2-0 lead.

The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 124-96 to level their 2022 NBA Playoffs at 1-1.

In what was a huge team effort, seven Memphis Grizzlies players notched double digit points in the game, with Ja Morant scoring 23 points and 10 assists, and Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr scored 16 points each. Anthony Edwards scored 20 points for the Timberwolves.
