2023 AFCON standings and last-16 permutations ahead of last group stage matches

The last group stage games of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) will be decided this week. A very competitive championship means only two teams have already sealed their place in the last-16 with fourteen spots still up for grab.

Two teams will emerge from each groups plus the four best third-placed teams to make-up the round of 16 at the ongoing AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire.
