2024 FA Cup National draw set for Thursday

The National Draw for both the men’s and women’s category of this year’s Federation Cup competition is scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at the NFF Secretariat in Abuja.

Following last week’s Playoff matches, which determined the field for the men’s competition, 64 teams are now set to compete. Notable eliminations include Classic FC of Adamawa, Simon Ben Academy of Kaduna, PRO Line of Kano, Crusaders FC of Bayelsa, KC FC of Kogi, and Flight FC of Benue State. Emerging from these matches are teams like Warinje FC of Bauchi, PCM FC of Ebonyi, Ine Stars of Edo, Zamfara United Feeders, Fr. Eburuaja of Imo, and Gamji Eaglets of Taraba.

The men’s competition will commence with Round of 64 matches, progressing through the Round of 32, Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and culminating in the Grand Finale.

On the women’s side, with 31 entries, the competition will start directly from the Round of 32, followed by the Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the Grand Finale.
