Moses is Chelsea’s best & most complete player – Pedro
Pedro who has enjoyed a successful relationship with Moses down the right flank, has described the Nigerian international as the clubs “best” and most “complete” player.
Despite being employed in a new right wing-back role, Moses has been superb so far this season – comfortably winning the PFA Fans’ Player of The Month award for November.
Moses has been a great support act for Pedro – who is also in fine form – on the right-hand side. His work rate and willingness to both defend and attack, has been invaluable to Conte’s side.
Pedro told Chelsea’s Official website –
Victor is playing very well, he’s on fire and performing well in every game,”
“In the last few matches he’s been our best player and it’s a pleasure for me to play with him on the right-hand side.
“He’s very compact, really strong and he has a lot of skill, he’s a complete player.”
Moses produced another solid performance today, as Chelsea continued their spectacular run, with a 3-1 win at Manchester City.
City had been in cruise control, having taken a first half lead through a Gary Cahill own goal. However, Pep Guardiola’s team were left to rue their lack of composure in front of goal – as Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero wasted golden opportunities to score a second.
They were duly punished, as Diego Costa and Willian added two quick-fire scores on the counter-attack, before Eden Hazard sealed the win in injury time. Life for Moses, Conte and Chelsea could not be better at the moment!
