Saido Mane is now the first player to score in a Merseyside derby since Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez and England striker Daniel Sturridge.

The Senegalese attacker who scored late on in the first fixture at the Goodison Park opened the scoring today to become the first player to score on both Merseyside derbies in a Premier League season since both Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge did in 2013/14 season.
