2nd ONSO: Kehinde Samuel Eye Top Prize

Ahead of the 2nd Chief Olusegun Obasanjo National Squash Open tournament scheduled to take place in Abeokuta this Friday.

Nigeria’s no7. ranked male player Samuel Kehinde has reaffirmed his willingness at lifting the coveted trophy on home soil.

Kehinde who got to the quarterfinals at the maiden edition said he’s not underestimating any player as he hopes to win.

“I believe every player coming to play are professionals and no one should be underrated reason I’m working hard to win”, Kehinde said while speaking to sportsration.com.

“I’ll be playing at home which is a familiar court and afford me more edge over others. I have not really been at the top of my game but playing at home should be more conducive for me as I want to win”, he concluded.

Kehinde is part of the eight players who will represent Nigeria at the squash world championship.
