Kante, Conte top lists of Premier League player and manager of the season nominees

Ngolo Kante and Antonio Conte top list of player and manager of the season nominees as premier league releases names of candidates for the top awards.

Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kante who has already won the PFA player of the year and Football Writers awards could make it an hat-trick of awards if he wins the Premier League player of the season.

Also in the frame for the award are two of his team-mates Cesar Azpilicueta, Eden Hazard. Tottenham trio of Dele Alli, Harry Kane, Jan Vertonghen are also up for the award while Romelu Lukaku and Arsenal star man Alexis Sanchez were the other players in the list different from Chelsea and Tottenham players.

Antonio Conte who led Chelsea to their second Premier League title in three years top the list of the manager of the season nominees, Mauricio Pochettino whose Spurs pushed Chelsea to the end and Paul Clement who helped Swansea from going down made the list.
