BREAKING: Ex-Chelsea star Demba Ba confirms Cheick Tiote’s death
Former Chelsea striker Demba Ba has confirmed the death of Cheick Toite his former teammate at Newcastle.
A Twitter user earlier tweeted about the death of Cheick Tiote claiming the former Newcastle man collapsed during training but was rushed to hospital following the ugly incident.
But with Ba tweeting about his death it is but confirmed he is dead.
Tiote joined Chinese Super League side Beijing Enterprises in February.
The Ivorian retired from international football in 2015.
