Sack threatened Kabiru Dogo upbeat about Nasarawa United revival
Nasarawa United head coach Kabiru Dogo remains hopeful about his team’s future despite their 2-0 defeat to Plateau United on matchday 13 of the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Solid Miners struggled against Plateau United, leaving them at the bottom of the table with just 12 points from 13 games.
Speaking after the match, Dogo expressed confidence in the team’s ability to improve.
“We are still optimistic about turning things around for our good,” he said.
Reflecting on the game, Dogo added, “Nasarawa United deserved more from this match, especially after our strong performance in the first half. However, we didn’t take our chances, and lapses in concentration in the second half allowed Plateau United to capitalise.”
Despite the setback, Dogo believes his team can bounce back and move up the league standings.
