Giannis Leads Bucks to Victory Over Nets
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Milwaukee Bucks to a 118-113 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. He scored 34 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and made 4 assists to help the Bucks secure the victory.
Bobby Portis came off the bench to score 23 points and grab 5 rebounds, while Damien Lillard added 15 points and 11 assists. This win gave the Bucks their 10th victory in their last 13 games.
For the Nets, Dennis Schroder scored 34 points and made 10 assists. Cam Johnson scored 26 points, and Nic Claxton contributed 21 points and 9 rebounds. Despite their efforts, the Nets have struggled this season, with a 4-13 record against Eastern Conference teams.
Giannis also set an NBA record by scoring at least 30 points in 14 games.
Khris Middleton, who had ankle surgery earlier, scored 7 points in the fourth quarter after only playing in three games this season.
The Bucks will next face Orlando in the Emirates Cup quarterfinals, with the winner advancing to the semifinals in Las Vegas.
