Barcelona ready to report PSG if they sign Neymar

Barcelona have decided that the best form of defence is attack and are now threatening that if Paris Saint Germain do pay Neymar’s buy-out clause then they would be breaking Financial Fair Play rules and could be banned from playing the Champions League as repeat offenders.

According to the Catalan club, Neymar has not asked anything from the club and that only on one occasion his father spoke to club directors to say that the player had offers on the table that he was considering.

The Blaugrana are not interested in negotiating, they do not believe that the problem is down to money and that if Neymar wants to leave then the buy-out clause has to be paid.
