Ibraheem Jabaar named the Man of the Match in Golden Eaglets 1-1 draw against Uganda

Ibraheem Jabaar has been named the man of the match of the last Group A game between Nigeria and Uganda at the ongoing 2019 AFCON U-17.

Wasteful Golden Eaglets were on their way out after allowing John Alou to nod home a free header in the 70th minute but Ibraheem Jabaar equalized for Manu Garba side just three minute after going down.

Ibraheem Jabaar read a long pass from substitute Olakunle Olusegun quite well and pushed it beyond onrushing goalkeeper Komakech with the Ugandan defence in no man’s land.

Ibraheem Jabaar was impressive on the day as he was a constant threat to the defence of the Uganda U17 on both flanks.

Ibraheem Jabaar is the third Nigerian U17 player to be named Man of the Match after Akinkunmi Amoo and Tijani Samson were given the award in Golden Eaglets first two games.
