EPL: West Ham hold Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City . Title race may go down to the Wire.

West Ham United held Manchester City to a 2-2 draw on Sunday afternoon to set up what could be a dramatic final days in the race for the English Premier League title .

 

The draw takes Pep Guardiola’s Manchester city four points clear of Liverpool who have the advantage of a Tuesday night clash vs Southampton before what will be a tensed final day .

 

Bowen scored twice as West Ham raced to a 2-0 lead at Half time but City fought back through Jack Grealish and a Coufal own goal to level matters in the second half.

 

Riyad Mahrez 86th minute penalty miss denied City all three points to set up a nervy finish to the season with Steven Gerrard’s Aston villa travelling to the Etihad on the final day.

 

As it stands Manchester City have amassed 90 points with one game to go , while Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have taken 86points and have two games vs Southampton and Wolverhampton.

 

In other English Premier League matches decided on Sunday afternoon, Tottenham Hotspur defeated Burnley 1-0. Leeds United scored in stoppage time to force a 1-1 draw vs Brighton.

 

Aston Villa and Crystal Palace finished 1-1 , Wolverhampton drew at home 1-1 vs Norwich while Watford were spanked 1-5 by Leicester City.
